We take accuracy very seriously and appreciate your help in maintaining our journalistic standards. To report an error:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the article in question
  2. Click the "Report a Correction" link
  3. Fill out the form detailing the error
  4. Submit your correction request

Our editorial team reviews all correction requests promptly, and we will update the article with a correction notice if warranted.

Yes, our Premium Digital and Annual Premium plans include family sharing for up to 5 members living in the same household. To add family members:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select "Family Sharing"
  4. Enter the email addresses of your family members
  5. They will receive invitations to create their own linked accounts

Each family member will have their own login credentials and personalized experience but will share the same subscription benefits. Our terms of service prohibit sharing account access beyond your immediate household.

Technical Support

To clear your reading history on The Daily Record Post:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click your profile picture or name in the top right corner
  3. Select "Reading History" from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the "Clear All History" button at the top of the page
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted

Billing & Payments

We accept the following payment methods for subscriptions and purchases:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
  • Bank Transfers: ACH payments (for annual subscriptions only)

All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, and we do not store your complete payment information on our servers. For enterprise or institutional subscriptions, we also accept purchase orders.

To update your payment information:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select "Billing Information"
  4. Click "Edit Payment Method"
  5. Enter your new payment details
  6. Click "Save Changes"

Your updated payment method will be used for future billing cycles. If your current payment method is expiring or has been declined, we'll send you an email notification prompting you to update your information.

Receipts are automatically emailed to you each time your subscription renews. To access past receipts:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select "Billing History"
  4. Find the transaction you need
  5. Click "View Receipt" or "Download PDF"

For tax or reimbursement purposes, you can also request a formal invoice by contacting our billing department at billing@dailyrecordpost.com with your account information and the specific time period you need documentation for.
